Offline Website Promotion Using Namecards

Why stop at online marketing? Offline marketing is as relevant for an online business as in a brick-and-mortar business.

I was at an Internet marketing seminar recently and I had wished I had been more prepared for the networking sessions. I realized I didn’t have the right namecards with me. I didn’t have a namecard specific to my online presence.

I scribbled my website URLs on whatever card or piece of paper that I can find but I lost precious time; time which I could have better utilized for swift namecard exchanges and peer-to-peer discussions. JVs can come out of these live networking sessions as I’ve later come to realize.

So, if you are doing internet marketing, go get yourself a namecard. There are online namecard creation services out there where you can pick a professionally-designed template and customize the text to appear on your namecard. Prices are reasonable too plus you can design and order these cards without leaving your home. Neat!
